Responsibilities
- Deliver operational excellence, working in strategic areas of the business (BOH and FOH) to exemplify ideal behavior and identify training needs.
- Create training initiatives based on identified restaurant needs, new product, and system rollouts.
- Develop aspiring leaders, providing a clear growth path for team members to grow through all tiers of leadership.
- Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety.
- Increase overall restaurant results by working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
