About The Position
Chick-fil-A Eastern & Ione is seeking a service-driven Front of House / Hospitality Director to join their leadership team and help lead the guest experience. This role is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed for individuals seeking a long-term partnership to make an impact with Chick-fil-A. The position follows a structured leadership development path with mentorship and clear expectations, designed to build on prior experience and immerse leaders in the Chick-fil-A business. By around month six, this role is positioned to step fully into leadership and begin making a meaningful impact, with long-term growth and opportunity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and leading teams
- Experience leading teams of 20+ team members
- Open availability (45-hour standard work week)
- Coach-player leadership mentality
- Passion for hospitality and people development
- Strong alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values
- Desire for long-term growth within a Chick-fil-A organization
Responsibilities
- Coaching and developing Shift Leaders to confidently run high-performing shifts
- Managing a team of 20+ by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards
- Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
- Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand-offs and seamless guest experiences
