Requirements

2+ years of Leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations
Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
Desires career growth and will thrive with leadership development and mentoring
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House.
Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional.
Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business.
Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture.
Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations.
Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members.
Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals.
