Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers. This role involves designing, building, and launching a mobile installation certification program, establishing the initial certified workforce, and expanding the program to onboard and certify new installation talent. The position also includes gathering and documenting field installation procedures, translating them into training materials, and maintaining a library of content. The Training Manager will serve as a liaison between departments, support new market rollouts, establish metrics for training effectiveness, and identify skill gaps for corrective training. As the segment scales, this role will also involve defining the Field Trainer role, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and managing a team of Field Trainers, and championing a culture of safety and quality.
