This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing a mobile installation certification program. The Training Manager will partner with the Program Manager to establish competency standards, assessments, and recertification requirements. They will also be responsible for developing curriculum and delivery methods, capturing field installation procedures, and translating them into training materials. The role involves program execution, cross-functional collaboration, and establishing metrics to track training effectiveness. As the segment scales, this role will also involve team leadership, including recruiting, onboarding, and managing Field Trainers. The Training Manager will champion a culture of safety, quality, and technical excellence and support change management initiatives.
