GDIT is seeking a Training Facilitator for the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs supporting the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program. This role ensures that all stakeholder groups, including program staff, healthcare providers, claims analysts, end users, and policy team receive role-appropriate, compliant, and effective training aligned with federal requirements, program policies, and operational workflows. The Training Facilitator plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of training initiatives to support the WTC Health Program. This position focuses on aligning training activities with program policies, CMS/CDC requirements, and contractual obligations, while fostering learning and skill development for customer care and operational teams. The World Trade Center Health Program is a limited federal health program administered by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Program provides no-cost medical monitoring and treatment for certified WTC-related health conditions to those directly affected by the 9/11 attacks in New York, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
