About The Position

This role is for a seasoned internal candidate to join the Training & Development team. The specialist will help design and facilitate Service Schools, ensuring technicians and customers receive high-quality instruction on compressors and systems. The position requires deep experience servicing industrial equipment and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply. The role is collaborative and on-site, requiring daily reporting to the Fredericksburg or Cypress office. Travel may be required for off-site schools.

Requirements

Deep experience servicing industrial equipment is the most critical requirement.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
A willingness to learn instructional design principles (we will help you get there!).
Ability to report daily to either the Fredericksburg or Cypress office (this is a collaborative, on-site role).

Responsibilities

Facilitating training sessions (hands-on simulations, instruction, and team exercises).
Collaborating with the team to design instructor guides, online learning modules, and technical handouts.
Coordinating classes and verifying attendance.
Traveling as needed for off-site schools.
