About The Position

Uline is hiring a Training & Development Intern for Summer 2027 at its corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The intern will gain hands-on experience creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth. This is a paid, full-time, 12-week internship open only to college students with junior status. The position is on-site.

Uline is a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. The company is a drug-free workplace; all new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

• Must be a college student with junior status.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
