About The Position

Uline is hiring a Training & Development Intern for Summer 2027 at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This paid, full-time, 12-week internship is open only to college students with junior status. The intern will gain hands-on experience creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth in an in-person work environment.

Requirements

• Be a college student with junior status.
• Have strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
