About The Position

This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating onboarding activities, training initiatives in partnership with management, and identifying new learning and development opportunities. The role also involves assisting with the development and training of eRx platforms and handling special projects as requested. Requirements

  • College degree preferred or 3 years equivalency in the field of Training, Talent Development, or Instructional Technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and coordinates onboarding activities as assigned.
  • Coordinates training initiatives in partnership with executive management and mid-level management and the Training Operations Manager.
  • Partners with other departments to identify new learning and development training opportunities.
  • Handles special projects, as requested, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the development and training of eRx platforms amongst business leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
