About The Position

This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating onboarding activities, training initiatives in partnership with executive and mid-level management and the Training Operations Manager. The role also involves partnering with other departments to identify new learning and development training opportunities, handling special projects, and assisting with the development and training of eRx platforms amongst business leaders. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred or 3 years equivalency in the field of Training, Talent Development, or Instructional Technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.

Responsibilities
