The Training Developer II is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs in support of military operations. This role focuses on creating effective training products and solutions aligned with Army training development standards to enhance workforce readiness and performance. The role may involve selecting and assigning instructors, providing performance evaluations for training instructors, assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs in accordance with TR 350-70-1 processes and products, creating onboarding and skills-based training, developing training materials like manuals and courseware using Articulate Storyline 360, presenting training in various formats, maintaining training records, evaluating training effectiveness, reviewing training materials, staying current with military training trends, and supporting operational contract support (OCS) activities.
