The Training Developer III is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs in support of military operations. This role applies advanced expertise in Army training development processes to create effective training solutions that enhance operational readiness and workforce performance. Supervisory Responsibilities: May select and assign instructors to conduct specific training and development programs. May provide performance evaluations for training instructors.
