About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is seeking a Training Developer to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. This role utilizes the ADDIE process to build modern, effective training solutions, adhering to TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series). The position is located on-site at Fort Lee, VA, with potential for CONUS/OCONUS travel. SFS is a fast-growing woman-owned Small Business and HUBZone company with a strong performance record in providing acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative, and security services to federal agencies.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–6+ years of military training development experience (level dependent)
• Experience with TRADOC training development processes
• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools)
• Strong writing and instructional design skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Operational Contract Support (OCS)
• Familiarity with TRIMIS or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and recommend course development or revisions
• Develop individual and collective training tasks
• Support Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB)
• Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI)
• Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverables
• Maintain training workload data and projections
• Review and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materials
