Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters in an easily understandable manner to different audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills such as active listening.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Required 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience developing and implementing Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging training processes for all employees.
Track all training and testing programs.
Maintain accurate training records within required systems.
Assess and review training programs to ensure we are up to date and keeping employees engaged.
Conduct annual safety and ergonomics checks with the Safety Coordinator.
Lead new hire orientation and trainings as assigned.
Provide constructive performance evaluations to management as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
