Requirements

  • One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess educational needs across the field to guide training decisions
  • Evaluate course content and instructor performance to maintain high-quality standards
  • Recruit and contract with new instructors who bring expertise and best practices
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update, develop, and maintain adult education materials
  • Coordinate and execute Training of Trainers events for statewide audiences
  • Provide support to instructors, students, Single County Authorities, and other stakeholders
