About The Position

The Training Coordinator will orchestrate the logistical intricacies of technical training programs with precision and efficiency by ensuring a seamless and supporting training experience, leveraging coordination skills to facilitate the delivery of high-quality technical training that contributes to the development of individuals within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven background in coordinating complex technical training programs and demonstrated experience in managing logistics and ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives with a detail-oriented approach and commitment to optimize the learning experience.
  • Excels in coordinating training schedules, resources, and communication channels, contributing to the efficient delivery of technical training.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage materials and schedule training sessions, administer orientation training, and handle responses to training inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with current training matrix requirements and updates, and communicate training metrics.
  • Actively participate in improvement initiatives, look for opportunities to enhance work productivity and efficiency, and maintain a level temperament in stressful situations.
  • Show competency in job knowledge and skills, take on additional assignments, and stay updated on all certifications and training requirements for the role.
  • Monitor own work to meet quality standards and goals, adhere to organizational quality policy guidelines and regulatory compliance, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
