Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
  • Self-starter and motivated team player
  • Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
  • Work well with others as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of scheduling the training of our pilots and instructors.
  • Build schedules for tracking classroom, training devices, and simulators.
  • Track progress and reschedule classes/students/sessions as needed.
  • Verify instructor qualifications for scheduled sessions.
  • Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.
  • Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.
  • Maintain knowledge of all department, company, and FAA policies.
  • Maintain reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
