As a Training Coordinator within a high-volume distribution and pharmacy operations environment, you will play a critical role in onboarding, developing, and upskilling warehouse and pharmacy team members. This position serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and hands-on facilitator—ensuring employees are trained consistently, safely, and in compliance with operational, quality, and regulatory standards. You will partner closely with site leadership, quality, and operations teams to deliver engaging training programs, support cross‑training initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
