CareAparent is a Medicare-Certified Home Health organization accredited by the Joint Commission. We serve our aging population who want to continue to live independently and safely at home for as long as possible. Every service we offer is a response to the needs and goals of our clients and their families, and our efforts as a company are inspired by the desire to explore all possibilities for meeting those needs. We are seeking a part-time Training Coordinator. This position is a non-clinical position focused on training delivery, coordination, and compliance tracking. The Training Coordinator reinforces agency policies and procedures and supports knowledge-based competency validation but does not perform clinical competency evaluations or assess hands-on clinical skills. Come join a growing, collaborative and innovative Team at CareAparent. We are a local and independently owned Home Health company serving seniors who want to continue to live independently and safely at home for as long as possible. We are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work® and recognized as the 2026 Best of Home Care Employer of Choice—recognition earned directly through our team members’ feedback. Our incredible employees are the reason we are able to give seniors the care they need to stay where they call home for as long as possible, as comfortably as possible, as humanly as possible.
