About The Position

Kinsley Construction's Training and Development Center is seeking a driven and experienced Training Coordinator for its growing team. Based at the Princess Street Campus in York, PA, the Training Coordinator provides administrative support by coordinating and scheduling employee training classes, tracking attendance and compliance, and maintaining complete and accurate training records. A successful candidate should have strong administrative skills and maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation, tracking, filing, and record maintenance. Being detailed oriented and having strong computer and communication skills is a must.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills set with a high level of accuracy in documentation, tracking, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and multiple administrative tasks concurrently in a structured and organized manner.
  • Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.
  • Strong time‑management, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency and comfort working in multiple systems.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow‑through.
  • Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule required employee training for the company and its affiliates.
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and attendance logs in applicable systems and files.
  • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and reminders to employees, supervisors, and instructors.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
  • Assist in identifying solutions to help ensure employees have access to appropriate training options (including online or digital programs) to support job performance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support training initiatives.
