About The Position

This is an 8-month co-op position starting in September 2026, with one opening available. The role offers a salary range of $3,250 - $4,350 CAD per month and is located onsite in Burnaby, BC. As a member of the Training Centre team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting training activities, including video content creation, document formatting, and preparation of training materials. Kardium is a medical device company that has developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm disorder. The company has received FDA approval and is launching this life-changing technology.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively in a fast-paced training environment.
Follow instructions well while also asking thoughtful questions when clarification is needed.
Are comfortable working with technology, including LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic content tools.
Collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, supportive team dynamic.
Maintain reliable follow-through and accountability for recurring operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Supporting the development of training materials by assisting with video recording, basic editing, and formatting of content using established templates and tools.
Assisting in the creation of basic training aids and mechanical proxies under guidance from training team members.
Supporting training operations, including session setup, material preparation, calendar coordination, and maintenance of training records.
Assisting with training delivery by co-facilitating sessions, supporting participant questions, tracking attendance, and managing session logistics.
Collecting feedback from new hires and supporting the identification of recurring issues or inconsistencies for continuous improvement.
