Requirements

  • Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent writing, record keeping and communication skills
  • Can work proficiently on a deadline
  • Someone who is familiar with all types of tablets and laptops
  • Familiarity with fleet management
  • Familiarity with insurance claims management
  • Organized, self-motivated, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our Management Team with Staff Training and Continuing Education
  • Manage all internal devices. Includes: Ensuring their placement, Device repairs, Monitoring device activities, Manage and maintain company device records
  • Assist Van Fleet Coordination. Includes: Ensure Safety and training compliance with staff who operate our Vans, Manage van repairs, Manage annual audits, Coordinate insurance claims
