The Coordinator for Training and Development is primarily responsible for the training and development of para-professional staff within and working in collaboration with Residence Life & Housing. Primary duties and responsibilities will be working in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Director for Residence Life, while collaborating with other departments and staff, to coordinate several facets of the recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation processes. The Coordinator for Training and Development also plays an integral part in fostering the overall residential experience through various connections within the department and division of Student Development.
