The Training Ambassador will be responsible for demonstrating job tasks to new hires, ensuring they understand the physical requirements, quality standards, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices. This role involves conducting and participating in orientations, assisting the training staff, and evaluating the job performance of new and tenured team members. The Training Ambassador must be proactive in identifying team members who are struggling, adjusting training approaches as needed, and coaching/training in a professional manner while adhering to all company policies. Coordination with line supervisors regarding staffing requirements for different product runs and adjusting training accordingly is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role includes conducting plant tours for applicants.
