The Training Ambassador will be responsible for demonstrating job tasks to new hires, ensuring they understand the physical requirements, quality standards, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices. This role involves conducting and participating in orientations, assisting training staff, and evaluating the job performance of new and tenured team members. The Training Ambassador must be proactive in identifying team members who are struggling and adapting training methods accordingly. They will coach and train team members professionally, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role requires understanding staffing needs for different product runs and coordinating staffing and training with the line supervisor. Conducting plant tours for applicants is also a key responsibility.
