About The Position

Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring a full-time, remote Trailer Repair Dispatcher for overnight operations. The dispatcher is the communications hub for repair operations, coordinating mobile technicians, customers, and management to keep trailer repairs moving efficiently and provide an exceptional service experience. The role works Monday through Friday on 10-hour overnight shifts, with occasional additional coverage required based on operational needs. Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Ohio, Colorado, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, or Michigan. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

Must reside in PA, TN, OH, CO, SC, TX, GA, KY, FL, or MI.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and dispatching software.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

Previous dispatching experience, ideally in trailer repair, fleet maintenance, trucking, or transportation.
Knowledge of commercial trailers and repair terminology.
Dependable, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Receive and prioritize incoming repair requests.
Dispatch mobile trailer repair technicians to service locations.
Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers and management.
Track service calls and completed work orders.
Maintain accurate records.
Organize competing priorities to help ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional service experience.
