About The Position

Supports resort operations by performing HVAC tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.
Strong communication skills required to excel in interactions with guests and colleagues.
Ability to be versatile, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or HVAC license preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC-related tasks including installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and support for other trades as assigned by resort management.
Complete daily work orders, guest calls, blitzes, and special projects efficiently and on time.
Install, maintain, and replace HVAC components such as condensers, thermostats, fan motors, and split systems.
Use and interpret technical documents, including O&M manuals and technical data, to ensure proper equipment handling.
Operate resort systems like HotSOS and maintain effective communication via radio, phone, email, and in person.
Follow safety guidelines, use appropriate tools and equipment, and identify/report safety hazards promptly.
Participate in procurement and inventory to ensure materials, tools, and parts are available when needed.
Represent the resort professionally by following policies, maintaining a clean appearance, and providing excellent guest service.
