As a Tractor Driver, you will complete training to operate tractors that pull trailers and support loading, production lines, and other farm activities. The role requires adaptability to move between teams as needed, potentially within the same day, and to move efficiently between locations to minimize idle time. Safety is essential in all operations. The position is primarily outdoors, though work may also take place at different locations and in an indoor office environment for administrative duties. Office duties may involve computers and standard office equipment. The role requires English fluency to read, write, and understand instructions. Work may expose employees to dust, rain, cold weather, and allergens. Physical activities include extended equipment operation and frequent sitting, as well as standing, squatting, bending, reaching, twisting, and frequently climbing on and off tractors. Employees must be comfortable around mechanical equipment and able to lift 35 pounds unaided or 50 pounds with assistance. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work required during peak seasons.
