About The Position

Springs Charter Schools is hiring a seasonal high school Track & Field Head Coach at Renaissance Valley Academy in San Jacinto. The coach will teach sportsmanship and teamwork and remain kind and positive toward athletes, coaches, referees, and spectators. The ideal candidate understands Track & Field, manages team preparation, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. A competency test is part of the recruitment process.

Requirements

• One year of high school coaching experience is preferred; experience in Track & Field is preferred.
• Current Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate or Certificate of Clearance.
• First Aid certification.
• CPR certification; it may be obtained through Springs after hire.
• CIF concussion certification, required upon hire.
• Submit a completed EDJOIN application; a resume does not replace the application.
• Submit a Letter of Introduction, two Letters of Recommendation, and a resume.
• Provide supporting education documentation upon hire if education is required for the position or claimed on the application.

Nice To Haves

• High school coaching experience, preferably in Track & Field.
