About The Position

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a supportive and respectful environment. The role focuses on meeting residents’ individual needs through personalized care, teamwork, and clinical excellence, while supporting residents, families, and staff with dignity, integrity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs.
• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections.
• Monitor residents’ conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care.
• Admit and discharge residents as needed.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents’ families regarding care and condition updates.
