About The Position

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and respectful environment. The role supports personalized resident care, teamwork, and clinical excellence, helping create a welcoming atmosphere where residents, families, and staff feel valued and supported. The position is full time, follows a 4/2 rotation, and pays $43.00–$48.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs.
• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections.
• Monitor residents’ conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care.
• Admit and discharge residents as needed.
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents’ families regarding care and condition updates.
