About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice in its Orange County, California office. The practice represents clients in toxic tort and environmental matters before state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. Clients include generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators, individuals, businesses, governmental agencies, manufacturers, real estate development companies, and domestic and foreign insurance carriers. The firm is also frequently selected as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation. The firm is interested in candidates with toxic tort and environmental law experience, as well as developing attorneys with substantive litigation experience, excellent litigation skills, and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law. Requirements

Admission to the California Bar is required.
Strong research and writing skills.
One to seven years of experience in all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law.
