About The Position

Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice in its San Diego, California office. The practice represents clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. Clients include generators, landowners, municipalities, site operators, individuals, partnerships, closely held corporations, Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, manufacturing and real estate development companies, and domestic and foreign insurance carriers. The firm also represents clients as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability litigation, including asbestos, automotive rollover, and dietary supplement matters. The ideal candidate has strong research and writing skills and two to seven years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation. The firm is also interested in attorneys with substantive litigation experience in another area, a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law, and excellent litigation skills. Requirements

Admission to the California Bar is required.
Strong research and writing skills.
Two to seven years of experience in all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation is sought.
Substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law are relevant qualifications.
