About The Position

The Tower Traffic Attendant is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest. They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills.

Requirements

  • Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Wynn standards of service with guests and coworkers at all times.
  • Delivering and maintaining the Forbes 5-Star level of service.
  • Directing, monitoring and screening traffic.
  • Assisting in guest taxi and limo requests at the Tower Suites driveway entrance.
  • Communicating information to the Tower Suites Doormen clearly via radio.
  • Preventing and redirecting non-authorized vehicles and guests from entering into the Tower Suites drive.
  • Summoning taxis and limos for guests.
  • Reporting issues and/or potential problems to immediate supervisor.
  • Ensuring the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas.
  • Working with safety as a priority, and following department and company safety standards.
  • Adhering to Wynn and departmental policies and procedures, embracing company culture and taking pride in the resort and amenities.
  • Understanding and being well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.
  • Attending required training classes and incorporating new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.
  • Looking for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times.
  • Staying on task and promoting teamwork.
  • Maintaining awareness of guest experience at all times, smiling and making eye contact and communicating professionally.
  • Performing all other job related duties as assigned.
