About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable Parking Attendant to process cash and electronic transactions and provide excellent customer service. The role includes directing traffic, helping maintain the safe and efficient flow of vehicles, keeping parking areas organized, and supporting overall parking operations. The position is located at 3300 North Interstate 25, Austin, TX 78705, and requires English. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. No experience or diploma is required, and on-the-job training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. One year of similar experience is preferred.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Communicate respectfully to help guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
Relay customer concerns or relevant information to the shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
Respond quickly to provide excellent customer service.
Follow company procedures and comply with safety regulations.
Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets.
Match visitor tickets to the parking rate schedule, collect the proper payment, and provide correct change.
Complete lost-ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges, and accurately account for funds in the cashier drawer.
Perform revenue drops according to location procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Answer the telephone promptly and courteously when required.
Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
