About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Parking Attendant. The role processes cash and electronic transactions with parking customers while providing excellent customer service. The Parking Attendant also assists with directing traffic, supporting the safe and efficient flow of vehicles, maintaining organized parking areas, and supporting overall parking operations. English is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 3300 North Interstate 25, Austin, TX 78705.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
English is required.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Nice To Haves

One year of similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
Relay customer concerns or information to the shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
Respond quickly to provide excellent customer service.
Follow company procedures and comply with safety regulations.
Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets.
Match visitor tickets to the parking rate schedule, collect the proper payment, and provide correct change.
Complete lost-ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges, and accurately account for all funds in the cashier drawer.
Perform revenue drops according to specific location procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Answer the telephone promptly and courteously when required.
Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
Assist with directing traffic and maintaining the safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
