Tour Receptionist/Sales Support Associate $16.50 Hourly
About The Position
The Sales Support Associate ensures that Resort Tour Reception, Gifting, Kids Club, Sales F&B, and Sales Receptionist functions are performed professionally and in an organized manner while providing guests with a quality experience. The role performs check-in and departure procedures for the designated sales and marketing department, verifies marketing qualifications for appropriate tour assignments, and prepares departmental reports after management approval. It also carries out the gifting process for designated sales and marketing areas and works toward written objectives set by the Manager of Sales & Marketing Services.
Requirements
- Excellent computer and telephone skills.
- Proficiency with the Internet, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong commitment to and execution of customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical as well as creative approach to tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform all elements of the check-in and departure process for the designated sales and marketing department.
- Achieve personal and departmental written objectives set by the Manager of Sales & Marketing Services.
- Verify marketing qualifications to ensure accurate check-in and appropriate tour assignments.
- Prepare and distribute departmental reporting upon management’s approval.
- Execute the gifting process for designated sales and marketing areas.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Carry out reasonable requests from management.
