About The Position
Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Tour Reception/Sales Support Associate II to support its sales and marketing team. The associate welcomes guests and handles check-ins and check-outs, helps support individual and team goals, verifies tour qualifications, prepares reports with manager approval, and distributes gifts in sales and marketing areas. The role also includes assisting with additional duties when requested by a manager.
Requirements
- Proficiency with computers and phones.
- Familiarity with the internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
