About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Tour Guide through HGV REAL, its real estate licensing program for sales. The company supports employees as they work toward obtaining a real estate license and building a sales career. The role involves engaging potential clients, helping owners enjoy vacation experiences, and presenting products during property tours. Employees complete real estate coursework and exam preparation while receiving paid training and support. A real estate license must be obtained within six months of hire.

Requirements

At least one year of proven sales experience.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service-related fields.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet performance metrics.
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Obtain a real estate license within six months of hire date.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Present products and concepts to clients while touring property locations.
Accurately present HGV Max product information using the company-approved fact sheet.
Participate in department meetings covering HGV Max and related updates.
Complete daily education and study hours for the state and national real estate coursework curriculum.
Attend weekly group livestream review sessions and individual progress meetings, and complete practice tests with an HGV licensed instructor in preparation for the real estate exam.
Promote a positive work environment and adhere to HGV core values and policies.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management based on business needs.
