About The Position

As Sovrn’s Total Rewards Manager, you’ll be the hands-on practitioner responsible for the day-to-day administration of Sovrn’s global benefits, retirement, compensation, leave, and payroll programs. Reporting to the Director of People, you’ll work closely with People, Finance, Accounting, employees, managers, and external partners to improve and support Sovrn’s Total Rewards programs.
