This is a new Regular Part-Time Professor position for the 2026 Fall Semester in the Common Law Section at the Main Campus. The course, CML11071 C00 - Torts (Part 1 of 2), has an expected enrolment of 73 students and is worth 2.5 credits. The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31. Requirements

Candidates must also apply for CML11072 (Torts Part 2 of 2) in Winter 2027.
Candidates should be leaders in the legal profession.
An LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required for this position.
Membership in the Law Society of Ontario, or equivalent, in good standing is required.
