About The Position
The Topgolf Internship Program offers students hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to real projects while working with teams across the business. Internship opportunities may be available in Marketing, Technology, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. Interns support meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, develop practical skills, and gain exposure to how different functions support Topgolf’s business and brand. The experience includes coaching and professional development, networking, and a final project or presentation about the internship experience, key learnings, and contributions. Interns must be able to work onsite for the full internship duration, depending on role requirements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Interest in one or more of the internship areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with asking questions, sharing ideas, and receiving feedback.
- Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the internship, based on role requirements.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to real projects and business initiatives.
- Partner with team members and leaders across the assigned function.
- Participate in meetings, team discussions, and collaborative projects.
- Build practical skills related to the intern’s field of study and career interests.
- Gain exposure to the Topgolf business, culture, and different career paths.
- Network with fellow interns and professionals across the organization.
- Receive feedback and coaching and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Complete a final project or presentation highlighting the internship experience, key learnings, and contributions.
