About The Position

Topgolf’s Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students hands-on experience working with teams across the business. Opportunities may be available in Marketing, Technology, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. Interns contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with colleagues, build practical skills, and learn how different functions support Topgolf’s business and brand. The internship includes feedback, coaching, professional development, networking, and a final project or presentation highlighting the intern’s experience, learning, and contributions. Interns must be able to work onsite for the full duration of the internship, based on role requirements.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Interest in one or more of the internship areas: Marketing, Technology, Legal, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and receiving feedback.
Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the internship, based on the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

Contribute to real projects and business initiatives.
Partner with team members and leaders across the assigned function.
Participate in meetings, team discussions, and collaborative projects.
Build practical skills related to the intern’s field of study and career interests.
Gain exposure to Topgolf’s business, culture, and career paths.
Network with fellow interns and professionals across the organization.
Receive feedback and coaching and participate in professional development opportunities.
Complete a final project or presentation highlighting the internship experience, key learnings, and contributions.
