About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders and help deliver a fun, seamless experience for Players. The role involves keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles so drink service runs smoothly. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to an exceptional and supportive team environment by living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that requires frequent standing and walking, moving between tasks, and lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by making sure they have the supplies needed to serve drinks.
- Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to help maintain smooth drink service.
- Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to support service and create memorable Player experiences.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
