About The Position

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer to join its Wireless Networks team. The role manages the development and support of web-based tools for internal and external customers, with end-to-end ownership from initial concepts through development and implementation. The engineer will help improve customer-facing and internal processes, drive the strategy for short- and long-term tool development, and support the delivery of content to commercial networks. A signed NDA is required. The position also involves setting benchmark requirements for information content management tools, planning and integrating AI technologies into existing and new tools, and ensuring tools meet standards for security, software, infrastructure, and hardware. The engineer will manage tooling scripts and their commercialization to enable automation and efficient customer operations, while coordinating multiple projects, internal resources, customers, and external vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Web-Based Development.
Five to eight years of industry experience in the web content management space.
Experience managing and implementing new web-based development for information management and customer engagement tools.
Experience translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and product changes.
Experience implementing AI and automation to improve customer interface tool functionality and efficiency.
Understanding of fundamental security aspects of web applications and platforms.
Experience with technical infrastructure design methodologies, datacenter architectures, and automation.
Experience building a cloud governance plan and establishing cloud practices and procedures.
Understanding of telecommunications technologies and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team-focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively, manage development timelines and implementations, indirectly manage internal resources, manage external vendors, and deliver status reports.
Self-motivation, willingness to learn, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and readiness to challenge the status quo.
Results-oriented approach and ability to work with multiple groups and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and support of internal and external customer interface tools, including TIMS, SW SFTP, and Confluence portals.
Develop and implement a strategy and goals for short-term and long-term web-based tools to improve efficiency and customer effectiveness.
Provide subject-matter expertise and input on benchmark requirements for information content management tools.
Manage the planning and integration of AI technologies into existing and new web-based tools.
Manage each tool’s standards, security, software, infrastructure, and hardware requirements and implementation to ensure compliance and meet customer needs.
Manage development and commercialization of tooling scripts for automation and efficient customer operations.
Translate customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and product changes.
Coordinate multiple projects, development schedules, implementations, internal resources, and external vendors; communicate status updates as needed.
