About The Position

Provide leadership, support and knowledge to team members to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Transfer technical operational knowledge through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Previous experience in supervision or management.
Strong work ethic.
Possess a strong customer service mentality.
Progressive responsibilities in supervision.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
Administrative and record keeping experience.
Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.
Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Satisfying customers.
Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances.
Defines complex problems and brings about viable solutions.
Serve as a responsible company representative.
Ability to learn industry standards and best practices.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to guide/train others.

Nice To Haves

5+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
Works safely at all times.
Ensure the safe operation of team members through regular communications, as well as modeling a "Safety, is Your Life" mentality.
Effectively executes the completion of the Leadec scope of work (SOW).
Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager.
Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine.
Focuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance.
Effectively communicates necessary information to management.
Timely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports.
Actively attends all required meetings.
Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
