About The Position

The Tool Coordinator supports the execution of Signal Intelligence assemblies by coordinating and tracking program tooling. The role involves scheduling calibration with outside vendors, submitting purchase requisition and purchase order requests as needed, and conducting tooling audits to maintain compliance. The coordinator works independently and as part of a team, takes initiative, and works with internal and external customers. This is a first-shift, Monday-through-Friday position with no required travel. The role offers the opportunity to obtain security clearances and contribute to customer capabilities supporting warfighters.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship, due to the nature of the work and contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, due to contract requirements.
• Computer competency to create spreadsheets using Excel and word-processing documents.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or tooling environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–45 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to execute tasks independently.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of electronics or aerospace logistics, manufacturing, or tooling experience.
• Three years of experience with spreadsheet tracking or creation.
• Three years of experience with computer databases.
• Experience submitting purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Experience working in an ESD- and FOD-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and track tooling for the program.
