About The Position

The Tool Coordinator supports the execution of Signal Intelligence assemblies by managing, coordinating, and tracking program tooling. The role includes arranging calibration with outside vendors, submitting purchase requisition and purchase order requests as needed, and conducting tooling audits to maintain compliance. The position requires independent work as well as effective collaboration with internal and external customers. It is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday through Friday, with no travel required. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the work and contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance due to contract requirements.
• Computer competency to create spreadsheets using Excel and word-processing documents.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or tooling environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–45 lbs.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks independently.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of electronics or aerospace logistics, manufacturing, or tooling experience.
• 3 years of experience with spreadsheet tracking or creation.
• 3 years of experience with computer databases.
• Experience submitting purchase requisitions or purchase orders.
• Experience in an ESD- and FOD-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and track tooling for the program.
• Schedule calibration with outside vendors.
• Submit purchase requisition and purchase order requests as needed to support procurement.
• Work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, and work well with internal and external customers.
• Perform tooling audits to remain compliant.
