Toddler Teacher
About The Position
Primrose School at Collier Parkway is hiring a Toddler Teacher to provide nurturing care and support young children's development. The teacher builds trusted relationships with families and creates joyful learning experiences using the school's digital learning platform and Balanced Learning curriculum. The school offers a welcoming childcare environment, high-quality facilities focused on health and safety, an on-site leadership team invested in staff growth, and engaged franchise owners. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. Compensation is $16.00–$19.00 per hour.

- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans provided for the teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support children's individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth.
